The SQETrack Import extension detects when you have completed a practice session on Law Drills or BARBRI and imports your results automatically into your SQETrack dashboard. It does not modify any pages you visit and does not inject content into third-party sites.
To import your results, the extension requires your SQETrack email and password. These credentials are used only to authenticate with the SQETrack API. They are held in Chrome's local storage for the duration of your session and are never transmitted to any third party. The extension never accesses or reads your Law Drills or BARBRI credentials.
The extension reads the following data from your practice sessions and sends it to SQETrack only:
This data is identical to what you would see on your own results screen. No other data is read or transmitted.
All data collected by the extension is sent exclusively to sqetrack.co.uk over HTTPS. It is never sent to or shared with any other service, advertiser, or third party.
Data imported via the extension is stored on SQETrack's servers (Hetzner, Germany) in the same way as any other data you enter manually. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. Access is restricted to your own account. A local cache may be held in Chrome's storage API to improve performance; this cache is cleared automatically when you uninstall the extension.
